Disclaimer
The match percentage of the meal is indicative and should not be weighted higher than specific advice from a dietitian or other healthcare professional. The user's daily needs are determined by the information the user enters into his or her profile, and it is therefore the user's own responsibility to update them if they change. Users' energy consumption is determined by the Harris Benedict formula where BMRxPAL = Energy needs. One Bite Better uses a fixed PAL of 1.65.
One Bite Better takes no responsibility for allergies, diseases or for personline conditions that may affect the user's nutritional needs, and thus only addresses the needs of the adult healthy person, cf. the instructions in NNR 2016. NNR handles the Nordic specific nutrition recommendations for microbodies and macrobodies.
Nutritional calculations in One Bite Better should be seen as indicative and may deviate from the stated figures under the Nutritional Content due to the fact that meals are provided by humans. Meals that are not prepackaged but are made at the customer's request are made by the associated staff at the meal provider, which is why variety can occur. One Bite Better takes no responsibility for allergens among the app's meals and it is the user's own responsibility at all times to obtain these from the meal provider if this is a necessary information for the user.
